2010 Horse Camp
We are very excited about our summer 2010 horse camps which will take place in June and July. Our camp staff consists of experienced, equine professionals from varying riding and training backgrounds. Our staff features years of combined equine training, and working with kids. Most of our campers have never been on a horse before or if they have; not had much formal training, and we love to be a part of helping them learn, and experience horses for the first time.Horse camp features small riding classes along with safety instruction, general horse care as well as barn and equipment care courses. We will also make crafts daily and play games both on and off horseback. We are also looking forward to setting aside a day as a water day to bathe horses, clean tack, and even toss water balloons.
The Facts: Camp This summer will take place from 9 to 12 Monday through Friday. Unless otherwise specified camp is open to campers from ages 6 - 12.The cost is $150 with a $25 deposit due with application.
** Special note: The times for the camps are from 9am -12pm the information on the commercial appeal website is incorrect, but unfortunately we have been unable to change it. We apologize for any confusion.

July 12th - 16th - 2 Sorry This week is Full!
July 26th -30th Advanced Camp for Ages 12 -16 Camp will start late on Thursday, with a horse show for family and friends Thursday evening. Please call or email before registering for this week.
August 2nd - 6th - Sorry This week is Full!
All Camp Applications are due two weeks prior to camp start date.

As a parent whose child has attended summer camp for the past two years, I would like to say it is wonderful and of all of the camps she has attended, this is the only one she requests to go back to each year.

Hey, the first year of horse camp was a huge success for our family. My girls fell in love with the horses! I was so thrilled to see them so confident. It makes me tear up, as I had the ‘horse bug’ as a child (and still do)! Thanks a million! We will see you all SOON!
